Kelo-cote® is a patented topical silicone gel for the management and prevention of abnormal scars in the form of hypertrophic scars and keloids. Silicone is the clinical gold standard for scar treatment and scar prevention having demonstrated clinical efficacy over all other forms of topical treatments and is recommended by the “International Advisory Panel on Scar Management” as the first line therapy for these types of scars.

Kelo-cote® should be used to help, treat, reduce, prevent and soften the following types of scars:

DIRECTIONS: After cleaning the affected area, pat dry and gently spread a very thin coat of Kelo-cote over the site. You may apply a thin coat of Kelo-cote gel daily for best results. After application, wait 8-10 minutes for the gel to dry. If any irritation occurs, you should stop the treatment. Kelo-cote should not be used on open or fresh wounds, as the product should be applied on the scarred area only once the wound is closed.

INGREDIENTS: Kelo-cote is a patented proprietary formula containing bio-inert and bio-compatible silicone compounds, namely polysiloxane, silicone dioxide and non-volatile silicone components.
